Thank you for shopping with Flying Duckmen. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within [3-5] business days during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM). (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Irish public holidays
- Delays: Occasionally, delays may occur, especially during peak times or new product launches. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays. Please ensure you check your email regularly for updates.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
- Ireland
- European Union countries
If you are located outside the EU and wish to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.
Carrier Transfers: Our chosen carrier may transfer your package to another carrier within your country or transit countries. This process is managed solely by the carrier, and Flying Duckmen has no control over these decisions.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Ireland: [e.g. 2–5 business days]
- European Union: [e.g. 5–10 business days]
-Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, courier issues, or peak periods. These timeframes do not constitute a service-level agreement (SLA) or delivery guarantee.
-Dispatch vs. Order Date: All estimated shipping times are calculated from the time of dispatch, not from the time of order placement.
-Delays & Cancellations: Delays in order processing or delivery do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund eligibility.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown prior to order confirmation

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For EU customers:
- Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties
- VAT is applied in accordance with EU and Irish tax regulations
- Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Republic of Ireland, part of the European Union (EU). However, items sold under Flying Duckmen may be shipped directly from suppliers' warehouses, which may be located outside of Ireland or the EU.
- Non-EU Deliveries: For orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties, tariffs, or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are your responsibility.
- Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which are beyond our control. Flying Duckmen is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
- Refusal to Pay Customs Fees: If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, any refund will be subject to the maximum Restocking/Admin Fee in our Returns Policy, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If the order is not returned to Flying Duckmen, no refund will be issued. If the carrier destroys the shipment because customs charges remain unpaid, no refund can be given.

6. Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

7. Delays or Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at:

8. Incorrect Address Information & Back Orders

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.
-Flying Duckmen is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
-If an order is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply

Back Orders: If an item you ordered is on back order, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. If you choose to wait, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you prefer to cancel the back-ordered item and receive a refund, please contact our support team.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
Include your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Free Shipping Promotions

Eligibility: From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed during the promotion period.
