Refund & Returns Policy

At Flying Duckmen, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy covers both returns and exchanges. Where either "return" or "exchange" is mentioned, it may relate to either a return or an exchange. If something isn’t right with your order or need a different size or replacement, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions
1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The cancellation period expires 30 days from the day you (or someone nominated by you) receive the item.
2. How to Cancel an Order

Approval:
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Returning Items
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Exchange Shipping Costs: If you request an exchange, you will need to cover the shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original delivery costs will be refunded (excluding any premium delivery options)
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or replacement item, please indicate this when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If preferred, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
- Offer a replacement, refund, or repair
- Cover return shipping costs where applicable
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable, unless faulty:
- Custom or personalised products
- Items made to order
- Digital products or downloads (once accessed)
- Sale items; Unless defective.

- Check your bank or payment provider
- Contact your card provider (processing times vary)
